BRIDGETTE
Fitness has been a part of my life since a young age, as I played team sports throughout Junior High and High school. In my early twenties I discovered my love for running and began participating in half marathons. Around this same time I studied for my AFLCA fitness instructor certification and began teaching boot camps, HIIT, and cycle classes.
Exercise plays a huge role in my overall mental health. I often think of fitness as a form of therapy which is why I have implemented it into my daily routine. Knowing how much exercise can improve mental health, reduce anxiety, and improve self-esteem I wanted to share this passion with others, through instructing group exercise. I feel incredibly grateful to be a part of the Runaway Workout Club team. A place where everyone will be welcomed, challenged, and leave in a better head space then when they first entered the doors.
