
New at Runaway Workout Club? No problem!
We have a scalable method of high intensity exercises and run intervals that will be individually challenging for all levels. The class is instructor-led, curated with music, and 60 minutes long.
Before Class:
Please show up at least 15 minutes early so that you can meet your instructor and feel comfortable going into the workout. When you first arrive, please get checked in with the front end staff so that we can introduce ourselves and so you can select your spot.
During Class:
Tailored run intervals to your pace — High Intensity Interval Training — Varied muscle group focuses — Instructor-led with music — Group setting — 60-minutes
