Fitness is a cornerstone in my life. The community and the physical and mental benefits it brings me is what I show up everyday. Runaway has created a place for all to come and show up in whatever way that can and whatever way they need. I am so honoured to share this space with all of you and push you to accomplish hard, challenging things!
