I care so much about exercise and fitness because it is something that you get to do for you. No one else, just you. There is also no one else who can do it for you, asides from you. Whatever you want to accomplish or goal you want to crush, you are the one putting the effort in. We are all so different, we all have completely different goals we want to accomplish. In that room with the music blasting and the sweat pouring, we are all collectively working towards our individual goals.
